PARTY REORGANIZATION MEETING
Every four years, The Allen County Democratic Party (ACDP) elects new members to their Central Committee. The newly elected Central Committee members then vote on the leadership for the ACDP.

The ACDP will be holding a reorganization meeting on Thursday June 4th at 6:30pm at Allen Dems HQ 1209 Allentown Rd. Lima. The public is welcome to attend. Only the newly elected Central Committee members are eligible to vote. Central Members will vote on:

• Central Committee Chairperson & Secretary
• Auditing Committee Chairperson & Secretary
• Executive Committee Chairperson & Secretary.

Central Committee members are elected by the voters in each precinct to serve as a representative from the ACDP to the Democrat voters in their precinct.

The Auditing Committee conducts a yearly financial audit separate from the party Treasurer.

The Executive Committee is appointed by the Executive Chairperson to run the daily operations of the ACDP.

MONTHLY ALLEN COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY MEETING
The next Executive Committee meetings will be Tuesday June 9th, and Sunday June 14th at Allen Dems HQ 1209 Allentown Rd. Lima at 6:30pm. Social time at will start at 6:00pm. Public welcome.

WOMEN’S CLUB MEETING
Thursday June 11th at Western Sizzlin’ 2721 Elida Rd., Lima. Starts at 11:30am.

DONUTS WITH DEMS
Saturday June 13th from 10am – 12pm at Allen Dems HQ. Free donuts & coffee with your local Dems!

JUNETEENTH LIMA
Saturday June 20th from 12pm – 6pm in the Lima Town Square. Join in the community celebration & stop by Allen Dems booth!

DONATIONS FOR CROSSROADS CRISIS CENTER
Allen Dems will be extending donation collections through the month of June for Crossroads Crisis Center. Drop off items to be donated anytime during Allen Dems Headquarters open hours.

Generally, monthly meetings of the Allen County Democrats are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Allen Dem Headquarters 1209 Allentown Rd. Lima (next to the Dairy Queen).
